Mr. John Paul Elliott III embodies the essence of resilience and transformation. Surfer turned soldier, he was thrust into the Vietnam War at 18. Though initially overcommitted, he pivoted to become an officer, serving as a beacon to all who follow. With courage, he spent 13 challenging months on the DMZ between North and South Korea. 

For his unyielding dedication and service, he earned six months of combat pay while working with the Second Infantry Division's Combat Engineer Battalion. Through such formative experiences, he discovered the power of love and integrity in action, which continually inspires us.
