Loving yourself means loving every part of you—both sides of your body, both sides of your brain. The more you love your least-used side, the more energy flows to the side of your brain that has been neglected. When both hemispheres of the brain become equally engaged, they synchronize. This is symmetric energy—the key to harmony, health, and a life aligned with God’s divine design.

Most of the world is living asymmetrically—dominating with one side, using only one hand, thinking with only one approach, believing they must be in control at all times. But that is an unbalanced way of being. It is the mindset of domination, control, and division. This is what leads to war, greed, and suffering. When a person learns to honor both sides, balance is restored—not just in their body, but in their mind and their spirit.

As a child, you lived symmetrically. You used both hands. You walked in balance. You played, you danced, you learned with both sides of your being. That child still lives within you. And now, it is time to return to that natural state of walking with God in love—not just in your mind, but in your entire being.

Because they are burning out their systems by neglecting balance. They live only in one half of themselves, and as a result, they die incomplete.
